Hello all – it’s Friday, which means it’s time to settle in with your paper and pencil (or, if you’re old school, with your bard-like voice and someone who will listen) and get ready for this week’s writing prompt.

I guess music is on my brain right now, because we’ve been working very hard with our great friend Drew to put together our next Bobbledy mailing, which will actually be a CD this time, rather than a book. Drew has written a bunch of great songs, including one that features a bunny – sort of. It actually features a dust bunny, which is nothing like a bunny. But, I guess it was in my head because I drew this little bunny and his recorder. Drew’s song about the dust bunny actually does not have any recorder in it. Or real bunnies. And that is what they call “artistic license.”

Anyway – have a look at my drawing below and tell us the story that goes with it:

Flute Toot

What song do you think this bunny is playing? Why? Does it sound good or bad? Who is in the audience?

Give this picture a name and send us your stories (and pictures, if you want) by next Tuesday so that we can post them on this blog next Wednesday.

Can’t wait to read what you come up with.
