Last week, while I was gone adventuring with the kids, Robbi sent out the latest Bobbledy book, which all but the most distant club members should have received by now. It’s called Archipelago, and it’s all about words. We’ll be talking more about it in the days ahead, but for now, I want to share some photos we just got from a Bobbledy mom named Ashley, who happened to have her camera ready at just the right moment as her daughter Addison (AKA, Sunny) collected the day’s mail.
According to Ashley, “The envelope with Addison’s NICKname on it thrilled her. She much prefers to be called Sunny, so the use of Sunny on the envelope was the first thing she noticed.”
Apparently, Sunny’s little sister Courtland was more than a little interested in what was going on.
And was not to be bought off with the envelope.
Apparently, however, our letter was sufficient to distract Courtland while Sunny checked out her new book.
We’re really excited about Archipelago.
And we’ve gotten so many really nice emails from moms and dads telling us that kids like it, too.
If you have any Archipelago stories to share, we’d love to hear them.
And if you’d like to read more stories about Sunny, Courtland, and their lives on a farm in Vermont as told by their amazing photographer/blogger mom, head on over to blogalacart.
And, if you’d like to get your own copy of Archipelago, you can buy it in our shop right here.
