If yesterday’s memories of summer left you wanting more, you’re in luck. Here are four more drawings that came in last night.

Here is one by Melody, cousins of regular contributors Spencer and Tyler, accompanied by a note from her dad:

Here is Melody’s drawing of our summer trip to California to visit the cousins (Spencer and Tyler). We were at Lake Tahoe, at a place called Mermaid beach/cove. It was a wonderful day, and the water was cold!

M=Melody
V=Valerie
P=Paxon
S=Spencer
T=Tyler

Spencer and Tyler also make a cameo appearance in this drawing by Melody’s sister Valerie. According to Valerie’s dad, the scene below is “from Gilroy Garden. Melody, Valarie, Paxon, and their cousins were on a Strawberry ride.”

And here is a drawing from Joe. According to his mom, Joe’s favorite part of summer was “going to the lake at Marsh Creek State Park.”

Note the flags in this drawing. They are very important.

Joe’s mom says:

We like sailing, playing sand, or having picnic there.  🙂
How do you know if it is windy enough to go sailing?
Near the shed, the flags would give you a hint.

And this drawing from Emily, whose favorite part of summer was “swinging on the swings.”

And that’s all for this week. I absolutely love hearing from kids and getting the chance to see what they see. If you guys have any ideas for what you’d like them to draw next, drop us a line.
