We spent the afternoon stuffing envelopes. These envelopes.

We stuffed them with letters, prints, and books.

It took a long time because there were so many envelopes to fill. We can hardly believe it, but there are already 142 kids in the club!

After we were finished with the envelopes, we decided to go on a bike ride.

I push August in the jogging stroller, and Kato and Alden join Robbi on our really long, three-wheeled bike.

When we got back home, Robbi chased the kids in the parking lot.

She didn’t catch them, but it was close.

Then we went out for pizza.

August tried to steal my salad.

Kato tried to share his pepper.

And Alden was too busy eating pizza to join in the shenanegins.

After dinner, we went out for ice cream.

Rita’s offers the perfect little cones.

When we got home, the kids asked me to read their new, “Frog Book.”

In spite of their faces, they do seem to like it. In fact, I was asked to read it twice in a row.

Robbi and I haven’t told them where it came from. Because, to tell the truth, we’re not really sure.
