Today we went to Betterton, a beach near the town where we live. We played in the water, and we played in the sand. At one point, Kato piled a bunch of sand on top of Robbi.

Then Robbi piled a bunch of sand on top of Kato.

When we got home, we thought it might be fun to draw pictures of our favorite things to do at the beach.

For example, my favorite thing to do is throw Alden way up in the air.

Robbi’s favorite thing is this:

When we finished our drawings, we went to ask Alden if she wanted to do a drawing, too. But Alden was already asleep.

August, on the other hand, is still awake, but is too little to draw.

So here’s your drawing prompt for this week:

Draw a picture of what you like to do when you go to the beach. Or if you don’t go to the beach, what do you do to have fun in the water? Or even in the bathtub?
