Calling All Dragons

by Matthew | Aug 14, 2013 | 0 comments

The Imaginary Dragon has landed in mailboxes throughout the land (and around the world). We have been getting enthusiastic emails, sidewalk compliments, and even a few excited tweets from kids and moms and uncles who have been enjoying the book.

As always, we’d love to see photos of club members opening their envelopes or reading their books. They never seem to get old.

As those of you who have read The Imaginary Dragon know, we included in the back instructions for making your very own dragon. And just today we received our very first photo of a kid-produced dragon.

Here’s a dragon from Hope:

Hope had this to share about her dragon:

“She lives in India and loves to eat apples. She has several unicorn friends.”

Thank you, Hope, for taking time to make this dragon, and even more, thank you for sharing her with us. I have never before (so far as I know), set eyes on a dragon from India. I am comforted to know that she likes to eat apples and not, for example, children’s book authors.
As for the rest of you, please send us photos of your dragon, and if you do, please tell us where they live, what they eat, and anything else that comes to mind.
It’s your dragon, after all.
